FreeCAD-Web v1.0.9

FreeCAD 1.1.3 in the browser. Fixes found in a full review of everything since v1.0.0.

• Server files: saving works for everyone. The per-folder limit was checked against the whole store, so once all users together held 2 GB, every save from every browser was refused with “This folder is full”. Each folder is now measured on its own, and the store-wide limit is checked separately.
• Server files: Delete works. The second click (“Really?”) went to a disabled button, so no document could be deleted from the panel.
• Server files: saves reach the server after a reload. Previously nothing was copied to the server until you opened Edit > Server Files.
• Server files: clearer status. A host without the file store now reads as “off” rather than asking you to paste a folder key, and a malformed folder key gets a 404 instead of a server error.
• 3D mouse: pushing or pulling the cap on devices that send short reports now moves the view straight away.
• Caching: the 3Dconnexion client scripts get content-hashed URLs, so an update reaches returning visitors instead of staying cached for a year.
• Installer: setup.sh --share now prints stop and start commands that keep sharing running after a restart, and setup.sh can be run directly again (./setup.sh).

Install files, compose files and docs pin 1.0.9. The engine files (FreeCAD.*, gmsh.*, ccx.*) are the same as v1.0.8.
